Tom Krebes, FMA, RPA Senior Property Manager

  • Joined the Cousins Team in late October 2009 as Inverness Senior Property Manager.
  • Since 1979 has managed real estate ranging from college housing to high-rise office buildings.
  • Active member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) serving as President of BOMA Birmingham on two occasions: 1991 and 2003-4.
  • In 2004 was selected as the BOMA Birmingham member of the year.
  • Active in Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
  • Community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army Angel Tree Project and local homeowners association.
