On two occasions, Inverness Center was honored with the International Office Building of the Year Award by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the commercial real estate industry's most coveted and prestigious award, and numerous "Vision" and Beautification awards as detailed on this website.

Inverness property management is deeply involved in green building operations and sustainability , and is a member of USGBC. We are committed to cost effective programs promoting recycling and energy efficiency.

We have also accepted BOMA's 7 Point Challenge and are continuing to work towards a goal to decrease energy consumption by 30 percent across at Inverness by 2012.

TIAA-CREF, the Owner of Inverness Center, was named Energy Star's Partner of the Year for 2008 for their contributions to energy efficiency and is an active supporter, promoter, and participant in EPA's ENERGY STAR initiatives, focus groups, presentations, and events.
